ISC Services Appoints Roger Tafoya Chief Operating Officer
Apr 28, 2010ISC Services, a leading Life Expectancy provider, is pleased to announce that Roger Tafoya has assumed the title of Chief Operating Officer. Roger had previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriter.
Roger’s extensive experience in the insurance industry includes underwriting, risk and claims management, and personnel and project management. Prior to joining ISC Services Roger served as 2nd Vice President-Individual Insurance Services and Chief Underwriter for Shenandoah Life Insurance Company in Roanoke, VA. “Roger’s proven leadership, management and technical expertise have been particularly valuable to ISC over the past 6 months, since the death of our founder Morris Fishman” said Russell Gee, ISC’s President and CEO.
Roger received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and attended Texas Tech Law School. He also served in the United States Marine Corps attaining the rank of Major. In that position, he served as Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Adjutant while participating in many military operations including Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
