Clayton HauserClayton Hauser has over 20 years of experience practicing medicine. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completing his residency in family practice, he co-founded a primary care practice that included geriatrics and nursing home environment care for more than 10 years. In 1991 he began his career as a medical consultant for a major insurance company. He established and implemented medical guidelines in the Disability Underwriting and Disability Claims Departments; recruited, trained, and implemented a physician panel to examine the medical records of claimants; provided training to lay claims examiners to familiarize them with pertinent disease processes; interacted with claimant physicians; and consulted with the legal department in formulating the medical aspects of litigated claims.
