Russell F. Gee, CEO

Russell is a Director of the company. With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Russell is responsible for establishing the company’s visibility in the marketplace and insuring the quality of its client services capabilities.

Throughout the past 25 years Russell has been involved in the start up of 4 ventures, the most recent of which was Integrity Interactive, a pioneer in the development and delivery of web based corporate ethics and compliance services to the offices of the general counsel of publicly traded companies worldwide. In February of 2006 Integrity Interactive was acquired by Castanea Partners, a private equity firm.

He is a graduate of Union College, Schenectady, NY with a degree in Political Science.

He serves on the Advisory Board of ACCION International, a global microfinance organization.
